Yes, I should say, It was "Yet another night out".
Before I went to bed early this morning, a question arose in my mind. "What could be the worst thing that can happen, when one compromises his/her EGO (I here mean Freudian EGO and nothing else) for someone."
A straight away answer would be, "negligence or denial of the offer" at the first instance.
Anyone would get upset or even develop frustration, after such an response. But, in my opinion, every individual has the right to accept and deny something offered to them. And we should understand, each individual's priority list will be different and one should learn to respect the other person's wishes, likes and interests until it starts to threaten our territory of self.
